This Privacy Policy explains how Pelican Succession Law, LLC (“we,” “our,” “the firm”) collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website (the “Site”) and from prospective clients who contact us through it.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiry and provide a free quote.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including the Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct.

Confidentiality and the attorney-client relationship

Sending information through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not protected by the attorney-client privilege until an engagement letter has been signed. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we have established that relationship in writing.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
